To greet and welcome clients in a professional and good manner.
Ensure clients’ safety and security throughout the activities by providing adequate training.
Assess risk factors associated with the different requested activities, while taking into account the weather conditions, and clients’ abilities to conduct the activities.
Instruct and demonstrate related skills and techniques for the requested activities.
Perform essential safety/security check daily prior to the use of any equipment or before commencing any activity.
Ensure that First Aid Kit is up to date.
Your profile:
Minimum 6 months of experience in the customer service
Minimum SC Certificate
Valid Certificate of Character
Good command in written and spoken English/French
Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills
